Sledding and Catching Up (Again)

This morning we gave playing in the snow another shot. First we started by just playing in the yard, then we took Aiden to shaft hill (an old coal mine hill in town). Since that was going so well we decided to take him up town where the city has been putting a lot of the snow from main street. It is a huge snow mountain. We had so much fun!! Aiden loved it too! He was laughing the whole time, but it was kind of a little nervous laugh. I'm so glad the he liked it. Unfortunately I didn't take my camera when we went down the bigger hills.

On Thursday I went to Washington to meet some college friends at Basta's....yum yum! Basta's is my favorite place to eat ever! If you are ever over by Washington or Peoria stop and try it. They have several locations in the Peoria area. The one in Washington is an Italian-Irish restaurant. I only get to go there about once a year though.

Last week Aiden was running a high temp again, so I took in him in to see Dr. Austman. She tested him for strep and surprisingly it came back negative. Here he is not feeling well, but still looking cute as ever.

I don't know why but this picture cracks me up. Aiden found Scott's stocking hat and put it on. He looks like a little Russian or something.

I don't know what got into to me, but I decided to become a Thirty-One consultant. On Friday I went to my first Thirty-One party ever! And, I really liked the products. I had heard of Thirty-One before and had seen people with bags, but I had never been to a party. So, my crazy self just dove right in and decided to sell it. So, if there is anyone that looks at this blog (probably not many because I fail to update it very often) and would like to have a party let me know. I'm excited to get started, but I need some volunteers. :)
