Aiden's Room

Its been awhile since I've posted pictures, but it has been impossible to capture a picture of Aiden sitting still. So, I thought I would give you a glimpse of his room. I still have places that I want to add things, but I just haven't found the right things. There are some areas that look kind of plain and now that I've discovered some DIY blogs maybe I will come up with something.

10 Months

Aiden is 10 months old today! I can't believe it. Only two more months and he will be a year old. Wow! I tried to get a picture of him tonight, but he was ready for bed. He weighs 21 pounds, has three teeth (he's working on one now too), loves Cheerios and goldfish, loves going for rides in his little car. I haven't found any food that he doesn't like yet. We've started giving him more table food and that is going well too. He usually goes to bed around 7:30 and gets up at 7. Most of the time he sleeps through the night. Which is wonderful! Oh, and he is walking. Still a little wobbly, but he is getting the hang of it more and more everyday. It is so much fun to watch him learn and develop.

TEETH!

Yay! Finally!! Aiden got his first two teeth at four months. Now almost six months later he has one more tooth and another that is really close. I'm so glad, because these teeth have been giving Aiden a hard time for a while now. I feel so bad for the poor guy, because he's in pain but doesn't know what to do about it. Hopefully some of the others aren't as difficult to break through.

Fun in the Sun

Today I decided to go up to Ace and buy Aiden a plastic pool (even though it isn't that cute). This will work. He had fun climbing in and out of the pool. I think he was more excited to be outside exploring than playing in the water. He likes to swim over at my mom and dad's pool, but he can't splash around by himself. Here are some great pictures of our beautiful backyard. (We haven't gotten to the outside of the house yet, hopefully someday soon).







This is the pool that I want to get, but it is sold out EVERYWHERE! It's so cute.

Almost Walking

Aiden is so close to walking. He decided that he wanted to do it for the first time (with a little assistance) without me there. :( And he did it with a pink stroller no less. So, here is a video of it, but I couldn't get it turned around. It was recorded on a phone, so I have no idea how to. A couple of days later he took a few steps all by himself. I'm not going to be able to keep up with him.
